  1. How much is the shipping cost?

    We only send our products by Standard Airmail: delivery time to the US is 7-15 business days after shipment, and 15-21 days to the rest of the world. Shipment costs: 14$

  2. Which currency is being used?

    You can select Euros, Pounds and American Dollars, in order to know prices on your currency. We debit all of our customer’s accounts in Euros required by our credit card operator.
    If you want to see the exact amount to be paid you need to select Euros currency.

  3. Where and when can I track my order?

    Please remember parcels can only be traced once they reached the country of destination.

  4. Do you ship worldwide?

    We send our medications worldwide to most countries, however at this time; we cannot ship our products to Spain, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Aland Island, Faroe Island, Greenland, Venezuela and Uruguay.

  6. How do I place an order?

    When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure server (SSL) where you will set up all your personal information. Once you complete all fields, submit your order for processing. An automatic e-mail will be instantly sent to you with an ID and Password for you to confirm all the information and to check the status of your order.

  7. How is the medication packaged?

    All medications are discreetly packaged in unmarked paper envelopes. The name of neither our pharmacy nor the price is showed on the packaging.

  8. Where is the medication from?

    Our supplier is located in India, where the laboratories manufacture the products we sell.
    Laboratories such as Pfizer, Bayer, Cipla Limited, Ajantha Pharma, Novartis India, German Remedies, Sun Pharma, Alembric, Serdia, Aurochem, Sandoz, and many other famous laboratories are set in India manufacturing Generic and Brand medication, with the same standards of quality as of the laboratories in other countries.

  9. When will I assume that my order is lost in transit?

    Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow 30 business days before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment.
    Please read all policies carefully before placing your international order.

  10. When can I cancel my order?

    Your order can be cancelled while it is still “pending”.

  14. What are Generic Medication and Brand name medication?

    A Brand Medication is one manufactured by a specific laboratory that invests into they drug’s publicity (for example: Viagra of Pfizer) they have got the trademark and patent for this product.
    Generic medication have the same active ingredient as Brand only these are manufactured by other laboratories
    The results of these medication are the same since the chemical substance is the same only both are sell by different laboratories once the original laboratories patent’s expire or when the medication is manufacture in India where their patents are no good.
